İzmir English Speaking Clubs started with a simple idea: the fastest way to get comfortable speaking English is to actually speak it, with people who won't judge your grammar.

Where it started

Organizing English Events Since 2012

İzmir English Speaking Clubs has been bringing people together to practice English since 2012. What started as a small group meeting over coffee has grown into a community that's organized more than 2,000 events, with over 20,000 people showing up to talk, listen and practice along the way. Today that means four café nights a week across Bostanlı, Bornova and Alsancak, plus hikes through the cooler months.

We're a club, not a course. Many people join for the English and stay for the friendships.

There's no monthly membership — just a 150 TL entrance fee per session, paid in cash at the door, plus whatever you order at the café.
